The Lightning Thief: The Percy Jackson Musical (Fayetteville)

Northwest Arkansas audiences will be the first to see this new musical on tour. After a sold-out engagement off-Broadway in New York City, the company will rehearse and present their first public tour performances of the tour at the Walton Arts Center! This “winning adaptation” (The Hollywood Reporter) of the best-selling Disney-Hyperion novel by Rick Riordan, The Lightning Thief: The Percy Jackson Musical is “electrifying!” (Newsday). The Greek gods are real, and they’re ruining Percy Jackson’s life. As a son of Poseidon, Percy has newly discovered powers he can’t control, monsters on his trail, and is on an epic quest to find Zeus’ lightning bolt to prevent a war between the gods. A little about .

There's a lot to celebrate in Arkansas. It's unique. Southern. Delightfully eccentric. Which is why we love every nook, cranny, cave and corner. In fact, some of our favorite things can't be found anywhere else. They're only in Arkansas. So we love them even more. The attractions we visit, the food we crave, the festivals we attend, the mountains we hike, the rivers we float, the stories we tell and the company we keep – it all adds up to one incredible state. And that familiar, meandering silhouette? Looks like home to us.
