Several excellent locally-owned shops are in Downtown Searcy, so don’t miss them! The Boutique offers a wide selection of quality kitchen, gift and home decor items. Sowell’s Furniture is more than just great home furnishings. They have beautiful art and decor and carry my favorite – Miller’s Mud Pottery made in the Arkansas Delta. Lefler’s features women’s fashions, jewelry and cosmetics. Stott’s Drug Store has unique jewelry and gift ideas and ice-cold Coke in the bottle! The Sassy Stitch carries everything you need for fashionable kids, including monogrammed baby bags, blankets and clothing. Beyond Boundaries has sandals, running shoes, outdoor sporting equipment and clothing. And Quattlebaum Music Center has everything from guitars and drums to any accessory imaginable.

If you are hungry, stop in Sassy Sweets for a cupcake or other sweet treat. And The Cookie Basket has sandwiches, salads and the best lemon cookies on the planet.

We look forward to seeing you at Get Down Downtown! Don’t forget your picnic blanket or lawn chairs. Plan to stay for a great day.
