Central Arkansas is always in the middle of the action, and its appeal goes far beyond housing the state’s historic capital. In fact, history has been made in Central Arkansas on several occasions – just in Little Rock, visitors can learn about a critical moment in the Civil Rights Movement at Central High School National Historic Site or walk through the life of a president at the Clinton Presidential Library. Petit Jean State Park in Morrilton and Pinnacle Mountain in Little Rock are must-see spots for outdoor enthusiasts.
