Gwen Rockwood is the mama of 3 little ones – 10-year-old Adam, 7-year-old Jack and 5-year-old Kate. Oh, and there’s also the new puppy, Charlie. Gwen is the mama behind the long-running syndicated column The Rockwood Files, and with all those crazy characters to choose from, she never runs out of good writing material. Gwen is a self-described introvert but excels at public speaking and making people feel comfortable. She’s quietly a master at brainstorming blog names and taglines. Before Kids, Gwen was a newspaper reporter/business editor. When she’s not writing, dropping off, picking up or folding clothes, she loves to have dinner out, leave the dirty dishes on the table and go see a movie with her husband, Tom, and a big box of Raisinets.
