Dr. Janeal Yancey is a meat scientist and researcher but she's also a blogger and a mom. She's concerned about all the misinformation and disinformation being shared about the safety of our food. She says she's just a mom trying to raise two crazy little girls and hopes that she can help other moms feel more knowledgeable about the meat they feed their families.
