The holidays are winding down, but that does not mean the fun has to stop. January is great for resetting, recharging and enjoying events without the extra holiday hustle and bustle. A big event this month that all ages enjoy is the Arkansas Big Buck Classic in Little Rock. The Walton Arts Center has several events to choose from that are fun to attend. January is the perfect month for Arkansas Brides-to-Be to attend the bridal shows to get inspiration and check things off the wedding to-do list. Happy January 2024!

Antique Alley Arkansas Antique Show |Conway

Inside the Conway Expo Center, there will be over 200 booths brimming with antiques and vintage finds brought by exhibitors from at least 10 states. It would make for a perfect outing in January to see what treasures you could find.

Bridal and Wedding Shows

Statistics show that December is the most common month for proposals in the United States, making January wedding shows perfect for the brides-to-be so they can get to work planning their special day. There will be two wedding shows in Arkansas this month that will feature vendors that can help brides, grooms, & event planners personalize their upcoming special event! Vendors not only display their product, but also book weddings on the spot, making it the perfect way to plan a wedding in one day, in one location. Seminars, prize giveaways and games all lead up to the show’s conclusion – the runway fashion show and the ultimate prize giveaway.

Ozark Mountain Music Festival | Eureka Springs

Since 2014, The Ozark Mountain Music Festival has been an Ozark Mountain fusion of Bluegrass, Folk, Urban and American Roots Music held annually at the Basin Park Hotel in Eureka Springs, Arkansas, over four days. The headliners have been announced! The Basin Park Hotel has invited festival goers to come “camp inside” on a chilly January weekend with some hot music and great memories.

Arkansas Big Buck Classic | Little Rock

Arkansas Big Buck Classic is a three-day festival dedicated to those who love the outdoors, especially deer hunting! There are merchandise vendors on site all three days, selling outdoor and hunting products, outfitters, boats, tree stands, hunting blinds, all-terrain vehicles and much more!  Attractions include rattlesnake wranglers, chainsaw carving, knife forgers, trout fishing pond, bow shoot and pellet shoot.

Arkansas Grown Conference & Expo 2024

The Arkansas Department of Agriculture is collaborating with eight Arkansas associations to host general sessions and workshops on many topics that are important to Arkansas farmers in the local food system. If this interests you, check out the conference and expo.
