Whether you want something active or relaxing, cultural or nature-oriented, historic or trendy, Arkansas’s got you covered. If you have never attended the Wings Over the Prairie Festival, then be sure to check out their schedule of events and head to Stuttgart. Arkansas is home to the largest Christmas sale in the south at the Guess and Company Christmas Warehouse, which will be open to the public this month. Check it out! Not to mention the incredible lineups for live music and performances. Here are some highlights for November.

Once a year, the Guess and Company warehouse opens up to the public so you can shop amazing products at discounted prices. Murphy Arts District is dedicated to brining arts and entertainment to downtown El Dorado. The outdoor amphitheater at the Murphy Arts District is the perfect venue for outdoor films, concerts and music festivals. There is an excellent line up this month.

Arkansas PBS Family Day returns to Conway, Arkansas, this fall with the daylong celebration: “C is for Community!.” There will be events all day, including PBS KIDS characters, live animals, presentations from the Museum of Discovery, a mobile maker space from The Innovation Hub, tours of a Conway Fire Department truck, Arkansas Game and Fish’s BIG mobile aquarium, games and giveaways from the Arkansas Travelers and more! On Thursday, November 17th, Taste of the Holidays returns to the Mid-America Science Museum. Running from 6 PM until 9 PM, the annual museum fundraiser will be held in person for the first time since 2019 and features new experiences and vendors for attendees to enjoy.

Bella Rustina Modern Vintage Market (Conway)
Bella Rustina is locally-owned out of Maumelle and is the largest vintage market in central Arkansas. Exhibitors will fill 325+ booths inside the Conway Expo & Event Center and open-air pavilion with everything from vintage to handmade creations to vintage-inspired décor. On top of being a great shopping experience, Bella Rustina will also have food trucks and many indoor food choices like handmade fried pies, roasted candy and nuts, kettle corn, coffee and more!

Stuttgart hosts the World’s Championship Duck Calling Contest & Wings Over the Prairie Festival each year. The festival is the largest outdoor expo in the Mid-South and celebrates the kickoff of duck season. The festival has something for everyone so make plans to check it out on Thanksgiving weekend. This year marks the 87th festival. There will be a carnival, midway, duck calling championships, arts and crafts, sporting and outdoor exhibits, and much more.

Get away from the fuss and flurry of the modern city and come to where holidays are about people and craftsmanship is done by hand. You can shop the Ozark Folk Center State Park Craft Village during the Ozark Holidays Craft Show on Nov. 26, 2022.
