And – no joke here – a two-foot-long chili cheese dog called “The Sheepdog” and a 1.5-pound pretzel called the “Heavy Metal Twist,” served with a sweet glaze, beer cheese or spicy brown mustard.
On Thursday, officials at the outdoor venue in Rogers unveiled a roster of amenities that will be new for the upcoming season, which begins Friday (April 11) with country rock band Treaty Oak Revival and continues through October with hardcore act Pierce the Veil. Other acts will continue to be announced in the coming weeks, officials said.
And while names of the performers have been rolling out one (or two) at a time over the past several months, the AMP used Thursday as a preview for several non-musical changes for the venue. A revamped, group-friendly food and beverage menu was announced, featuring the chili cheese coney, the pretzel, an AMP “pizzeria” that will serve whole pies or by-the-slice options, and desserts such as a funnel cake-fry sundae in collaboration with Shake’s Frozen Custard.
AMP general manager Nick Zazel said the menu also allows the venue to show off the capabilities of the culinary team of the AMP and that it’s not pre-packaged fare.

“We’re trying to highlight our people. It [the food] doesn’t just come off a truck,” he said.
Zazel described the changes to be in line with industry trends. The new menu, which includes nightly combos deals and the aforementioned chili-cheese dog that is so large that it comes with handles to carry it, was designed for special outings in mind.
“From the time they come into the venue until the time they leave, they want a special experience. A huge part of that is F&B” [food and beverage], he said.
Also new to the menu are a funnel cake-French fry sundae, fried mac and cheese balls, a jalapeno-topped burger called “The DoubleTime” and ice cream nachos. Additionally, there’s an expanded list of mocktails and non-alcoholic drinks to supplement the existing roster of beverages.
How the beverage lines function will also be different in 2025. Instead of individual bartenders asking for age verification at the drink stations, patrons who are 21 or older will be given a wristband as they enter the venue or at designated stations around the venue. The system will similarly give specific wristbands to ticketholders with pit access.
