This recipe requires just four simple ingredients. It comes together quickly and fills your kitchen with the irresistible aroma of strawberries. Best of all, you can get creative by swapping in different cake mix flavors, chocolate chips, nuts or other toppings.

Easy Peasy Pleasy Tips

This recipe is the easiest cookie recipe, so it doesn’t require too many tips.

  • Use a medium ice cream scoop to create uniform-sized cookies.
  • Keep an eye on the cookies toward the end of baking time. I find 10-12 mins is perfect, and they won’t turn brown.

Strawberry Cake Mix Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 box Pillsbury Strawberry Cake Mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips

Directions
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Mix cake mix, eggs and oil together until well combined. Add chocolate chips until well incorporated. Scoop onto cookie sheet 2 inches apart. Bake 10-12 minutes.
