Read More about this safari issue.Berry season has begun in Arkansas, and I couldn’t be more excited. I’m already planning what I’ll make with our fresh picked strawberries. I’m thinking jam, strawberry shortcake, and at least one strawberry pie.
My boys ask to go pick berries every year. They love going to the strawberry patch. I love it too. And what I love about our strawberry patch is that kids are encouraged to pick (and eat a few too). So, if they walk out with red around the mouth, it’s all good.
There are plenty of places to get pre-picked berries and a handful of places to pick your own strawberries in Arkansas. You just have to know where to go.
Below is a list of places around the Natural State where you can pick your own strawberries.
Note: I gathered information from patch websites; if in doubt, please contact the business itself to verify information. Also, hours may vary per availability of berries, so please double check before going to pick.
