This recipe is the easiest cookie recipe, so it doesn’t require too many tips.
- Use a medium ice cream scoop to create uniform-sized cookies.
- Keep an eye on the cookies toward the end of baking time. I find 10-12 mins is perfect, and they won’t turn brown.
Strawberry Cake Mix Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 box Pillsbury Strawberry Cake Mix
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
Directions
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Mix cake mix, eggs and oil together until well combined. Add chocolate chips until well incorporated. Scoop onto cookie sheet 2 inches apart. Bake 10-12 minutes.
