Buy tickets in advance! With a limited number of tickets available, this popular event always sells out. Once you have a ticket, you are guaranteed to spend the day in a chocolate daze.
Come hungry! With over a dozen vendors on site, each ticket holder gets to sample treats from them all. You are likely to find samples of everything from cakes, fudge and ice cream to brownies, flavored coffee and truffles. The only downfall is trying to figure out what to eat first! You’ll definitely need a strategy to maximize the chocolate goodness. While I’m of the “eat it right away” camp, there are plenty of people who prefer to take home their treats to ration out for several days. Willpower is clearly not something I have.
Don’t go alone! Le Chocolate Feast is a fun-filled event that is great for the entire family. There’s even an area for kids to decorate their own cookies. No kids? No problem! Le Chocolate Feast can be a great warm-up event for a potential Valentines Day date.
Don’t forget to vote! Every person who attends Le Chocolate Feast gets to vote for his or her favorite treats of the day. Awards are presented for Best Tasting, Most Creative, Best Display and for the People’s Choice award.
Help the community! Even better than getting to taste all the wonderful sweet treats is getting to help support a great philanthropic treasure in Northwest Arkansas. Le Chocolate Feast is a benefit fundraiser for The Pink Divas, a nonprofit organization that supports breast cancer patients and their families. This group of ladies works hard to put this event together; you’ll find them dressed in pink from head to toe—make sure you say hello!
Tickets for Le Chocolate Feast are $10 for adults and $5 for children age 12 & under. Tickets may be purchased online at www.lechocolatefeast.org or at the door on the day of the event.
