Siloam Springs-based Pure Joy Ice Cream was born of passion. Passion for delicious ice cream made from pure ingredients and a passion for helping friends who were adopting a baby girl: Esther Joy. Today, Pure Joy is finding new ways to share that passion and still carry out a sweet mission to help others. Join me as I spend some time in downtown Siloam Springs with some wonderful Arkansans that are Pure Joy.
