Bella’s Table in Bella Vista

T

There’s a new reason to visit beautiful Bella Vista beyond the lakes, golf courses, and trails: Bella’s Table Italian restaurant.

Fine Dining in Bella Vista

Bella’s Table, an Italian fine dining restaurant, opened its doors on the west side of Bella Vista in January 2024. If you think this name sounds familiar, it is! This is the seventh “table” restaurant opened by Carl and Lindie Garrett: Table Mesa Bistro, Tavola Trattoria, Mirabella’s Table, Table at the Hickory Inn, Table on 6th and Table of Joy.

In a fun twist of words, “Bella” is a take on Bella Vista, “Bello” is an Italian adjective for beautiful, and “Mirabella” is the daughter of the Garretts and one of their seven restaurants.

A Welcome Addition to Bella Vista

Even though the town of Bella Vista boasts over thirty thousand residents, eating options are limited. Yes, there are a few of the usual chains, pizza deliveries, and Mexican restaurants, yet the fine dining options are slim. Before Bella’s Table opened, there was only Lakepoint restaurant.

Now, residents have two first-class choices without driving south to Bentonville. Honestly, I expect to see locals from all over Northwest Arkansas flock to Bella’s Table, as the menu is unique compared to that of their wildly popular sister restaurants!

Let’s Eat!

The lunch menu at Bella’s Table is extensive, and dinner boasts even more!

I recommend starting with the Garlic and Goat Cheese appetizer. It consists of roasted garlic and whipped herbed goat spread on crostinis with a side of tomato jam. Since I live just three minutes from the restaurant, I have stopped myself from running over every afternoon just for this alone!

While the restaurant does have an Italian flair, you will love its selection of sandwiches, soups, salads, burgers, and chicken BLTs.

I highly recommend the Caesar Salad Pasta, which is a fun take on the classic Caesar salad. With an Italian twist! This salad is large enough to share with a friend. It is a place of angel hair pasta topped with little gem lettuces, EVOO, sea salt, ground pepper, parmesan, lemon zest, croutons, and house Caesar dressing. A delightful and delicious surprise!

Bella’s Table has a gorgeous selection of wood-fired pizzas, including Italian Blanco, Margherita, and BBQ.

And speaking of selection, the pasta choices for lunch are AMAZING! From Pappardelle, Spaghetti Alla Shepheard of the Hills, Spaghetti Alla Carbonara, and Ange Hair Al Pomodoro. The dinner menu has even more choices, including Scaloppine Di Polla (lingu8ini), IUnvoltini Di Polla (stuffed chicken breast over butternut squash puree), Filetto Di Manzo (fire-grilled filet mignon with toasted Yukon gold potatoes), fresh catch of the day, Filetto Di Simone (cedar-wrapped teriyaki salmon, risotto and bok choy), and Costoletta Di Agnello (braised lamb chops over risotto).

I HIGHLY recommend the Gnocchi Di Curry, a potato gnocchi with creamy curry sauce and fresh arugula, with grilled chicken as an addition.

The grilled chicken is perfectly cooked. Now that I think about it, I may pop in for the Garlic and Goat Cheese appetizer with grilled chicken. It’s that crazy good!

Finishing Touches

You can’t go wrong if you go to Bella’s Table for dessert or to meet up for drinks with a friend.

You can order a French press of Airship coffee, Tiramisu, or the Lemon Ricotta Cheesecake with figs, candied pine nuts, and Vinsanto.

The dinner menu includes dessert options, such as chocolate cake and profiteroles.

Bella Vista is a short drive north of Bella Vista, and Bella’s Table is not too far off the bypass in the Highlands. Join us for lunch or dinner!
