Prepare chocolate pudding according to package directions. Set aside. Fill glass bottoms with crushed Oreo cookies. Pour pudding over crushed Oreos. Add another layer of crushed Oreos. Repeat the layers one more time finishing with crushed Oreos. Top with gummy worms.
