With lights whirling, music playing, and the smells of delectable treats, I don’t know about you but I’m ready for a county fair.
Every year, I dream of sticky sweet caramel apples and crispy hot corn dogs covered in mustard.
I want to give my opinion of which is the prettiest chicken and get my turn on the tilt-a-whirl.
I’ll always chastise myself for not entering my craftiest creations or bounties from the garden in time for the judging. As I turn green with envy over those blue ribbons, I promise myself “next year, next year for sure.”
